Heart-healthy Valentine's Pizza




How I made the Pizza:

I bought the dough pre-made raw from Bread Smith (whole wheat dough will make 2 pizzas, or 4 large calzones for under $5)

I also bought a premade organic pizza sauce. Valentine's Day fell on a Monday, getting out at 5pm from work plus my sons 7:30 basketball game meant cutting corners.

Tried veggie cheese for the first time, and it was very tasty ~ I mixed it with some fresh grated parm

Toppings: ground turkey, onions, peppers

rolled out the dough and cut into desired shape ~ baked at 350 for 7 min.

placed sauce, meat topping and cheese on pizza, and put back in the oven ~ so easy and delicious!!!
